The new version of the Kubuntu KDE4 Linux distribution is almost ready. The new version of KDE is very attractive, the first installation was not a good experience because KDE suffers from slowliness.
It can be corrected by installing the package scim
sudo apt-get install scim
after this correction the attraction of the new environment is much more evident.
Progress are there and many new things are available:

KHTML now supports more websites by accepting more non-HTML4-compliant documents
