As you can see on this website the improvement of mandarina is still ongoing.
Features have been added:
+ themeswitch plugin (need cookies activated)
+ factorisation of the init code
+ html & css cleaning
+ themes creation (simple,simple2,pink & green based on typo’s scribbish)
I will now check what I can do for tags support.
Those improvements are in the svn repository, I will produce .tar.gz files when I have time.
